1. Conditions for Using the Guarantee

You may return the vehicle within 7 (seven) calendar days starting from the day following the date when the delivery note was signed, without providing a reason, subject to the following conditions:

• The vehicle has not been driven more than 500 (five hundred) kilometers from the time of delivery
• The vehicle is returned in the same condition as mentioned in pre-delivery inspection report
• The vehicle has not been involved in any accident, damage, or misuse
• The vehicle is free from any third-party claims, violations, legal liabilities or outstanding traffic violations incurred during the customer’s possession. Any outstanding traffic violations or fines incurred during the customer's possession will be deducted from the refund amount or must be settled by the customer prior to or as a condition of completing the return.
• No modifications, alterations, or installations have been made to the vehicle
• All original items must be returned at time of returning the vehicle, including:
  • Keys
  • Documents
  • Accessories

2. Important Information

• This Guarantee applies only to full cash purchases of pre-owned vehicles.

• It is available exclusively on vehicles owned and retailed by MY NAGHI.

• The following costs are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Paint Protection Film (PPF) or any additional services
  • Registration and ownership transfer fees
  • Insurance costs
  • Delivery and logistics fees

• The Guarantee may be used once across all brands of Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Group.

• MY NAGHI reserves the right to decline or limit eligibility in cases of reasonably determined misuse or abuse of the Guarantee.

• Vehicles used for commercial purposes (such as rental or taxi services) are not eligible for this program.

3. Return Process

• The customer must submit a return request within the eligible period through one of the following official channels:
  • In writing to the Branch Sales Manager at the showroom where the vehicle was purchased
  • Through MY NAGHI's official customer care channels (e.g., call center, WhatsApp, or registered email address)
  • Via the MY NAGHI website or digital platform
• The return request is considered valid only once it has been:
  • Received and logged in the MY NAGHI system, and
  • Acknowledged by MY NAGHI through an official confirmation
• Upon approval, the vehicle must be returned or made available for collection within 24 hours. If the vehicle is not returned within this timeframe, MY NAGHI reserves the right to withdraw the return approval.
• The vehicle will undergo a technical and visual inspection to confirm compliance with these terms. Inspection results will be communicated in writing to the customer.

4. Refunds

• Upon successful inspection and approval, a refund will be issued within 14 (fourteen) business days
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method and in the name of the original purchaser
• MY NAGHI reserves the right to deduct:
  • Charges for excess mileage (if applicable)
  • Costs of repairing damage beyond normal wear and tear
  • Any administrative or third-party costs incurred due to the return

5. General Provisions

• MY NAGHI reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Guarantee at any time by giving the customer notice of such change. Such changes will only apply to transactions occurring after the date of amendment and shall not affect Guarantees already granted to customers who purchased their vehicles prior to the withdrawal or modification of the Guarantee.

6. Definitions

Delivery Date means the date on which the vehicle is handed over to the customer and the customer, or the customer’s authorized representative, signs the delivery note or any equivalent vehicle handover document confirming receipt of the vehicle.

Commercial Use means any use of the vehicle for business, income-generating, or professional purposes, including but not limited to rental, taxi, ride-hailing, chauffeur services, delivery services, transportation of goods or passengers for payment, or any other use that is not solely for private personal use.

Misuse means any use, handling, operation, or treatment of the vehicle that is improper, negligent, abusive, unauthorized, or inconsistent with normal personal vehicle use. This includes, but is not limited to, reckless driving, racing, off-road use where not intended, overloading, use in illegal activities, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, tampering with vehicle systems, or any act or omission that causes or may reasonably cause damage, excessive wear, legal liability, or loss of value to the vehicle.

Pre-Delivery Inspection Report means the inspection report, checklist, photographs, digital record, or any other document prepared or approved by MY NAGHI before delivery of the vehicle, which records the vehicle’s condition, mileage, specifications, accessories, keys, documents, and any visible defects or remarks at the time of delivery to the customer.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
