2027 Nissan Z Unveiled with Enhanced Performance and Manual NISMO Option

Nissan has unveiled the updated 2027 Z, bringing a series of enhancements that improve both performance and design while preserving its iconic sports car identity.

The model continues to use a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 engine, producing around 400 horsepower in standard trims and up to 420 horsepower in the high-performance NISMO variant, paired with a rear-wheel-drive layout.

One of the biggest highlights is the introduction of a 6-speed manual transmission for the NISMO model, engineered to deliver sharper response and a more engaging driving experience.

The 2027 update also includes performance upgrades inspired by the GT-R, such as improved braking systems, refined suspension, and enhanced steering precision for better control and stability.

On the design side, the Z features a refreshed front fascia, improved aerodynamics, and new color options inspired by classic Z heritage, including a distinctive green finish.
